On 1 June 2019, Koenig & Bauer announced that its sales and service responsibility for products of the core business units in the Turkish market place has been passed to Koenig & Bauer Duran. The conclusion was followed by the acquisition of Duran's folding carton business organisation by Koenig & Bauer.
